Jaffer Medical is a physician owned and operated adolescent, adult, & geriatric medicine practice established in 1972.
The practice is committed to provide a medical home to treat, facilitate, and coordinate various medical problems such as infections, pain, stroke, coronary heart disease, osteoporosis, hypertension, elevated cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid conditions, gastrointestinal disorders (reflux, ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome), geriatric syndromes, headaches, arthritis, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, and skin conditions.
The practice emphasizes health maintenance and disease prevention to improve quality of life. We serve Northeast Ohio and Western PA, including Youngstown, Girard, Liberty, Hubbard, McDonald, Boardman, Austintown, Canfield, Poland, Brookfield, Warren, Niles, Viena, Howland, Hermitage, Fowler, and Sharon.
